With years of experience teaching vinyasa yoga classes and aerial yoga, Lisa hopes to bring a fun addition to all the beautiful offerings in our town!

The main idea is to have fun while treating your body with love and respect. Join Monday and Thursday mornings from 7 to 8 AM at tico's surf School and Wednesday Evenings from 6 to 7:30 pm at Chaki Café. Also get in Touch for private classes at other times and locations!
