Dr. Freddy Soto Arroyo is a general practitioner in Samara. He and his wife & head nurse, Karla, have been practicing since 1996. Graduating from the University of Costa Rica and the University of Miami, not only is he experienced and knowledgeable but he and his staff treat his patience with the utmost care and professionalism.
